Some people like to read so many chapters of the Bible every day. I wouldn’t discourage
them from the practice, but I would rather lay my soul soaking in half a dozen verses
all day than rinse my hands in several chapters. Oh, to be bathed in a text of Scripture,
and to let it be drawn down into your very soul, until it saturates your heart! -
After I was converted, the best gift I ever received was a Bible, and the best advice
